Programs, Publications, People

One of the Forum’s mottos is “Programs, Publications, People.”

The Forum’s publications committee oversees all Forum publications: The Construction Lawyer, Under Construction, Forum Flash and all books.

Shown here are several Publications Committee Chairs:

Tom Dunn, David Scotti, Adrian Bastianelli, Andrew Ness

The ABA Forum on Construction Law began publishing books in 1997 (the year I was Forum chair). The first book published was Sweet on Construction Law by well-known law professor Justin Sweet. Professor Sweet’s construction law class at UC Berkeley law school, which began in 1977, was one of the first in the country. The Forum’s attic has a few copies of Sweet on Construction Law available, if you are interested in this classic (at 20% off).
