This Thanksgiving week we are taking a break from ADR cases and topics to reflect on gratitude.

Gratitude
“Gratitude” is defined as “the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.” Although we’ve been writing this blog for only a few months, this experience has expanded our understanding of ADR and construction law and the many talented individuals working in these fields. We are thankful for many people and things and we want to show our appreciation for them
Top Six Things We Are Grateful For:
- First, of course, we are grateful for our families, friends and colleagues. They enrich our lives daily.
- Second, we are grateful to have this platform to share our thoughts, experiences and (we hope) wisdom about construction ADR with our readers.
- Third, we are grateful for you—our readers—and that the blog’s followers continue to grow in number. Please follow us on LinkedIn and share with your colleagues if you find our posts helpful and interesting. Follow The Construction ADR Toolbox on LinkedIn. - Fourth, we are grateful for our contributors who provide us with material and ideas for posts. Their inspiration is priceless. We look forward to continuing this collaboration.
- Fifth, we are grateful for the many resources available on ADR and construction law. There are so many organizations, books, articles, and websites devoted to these topics. There are many thoughtful commentators, both academics and practitioners, writing about ADR and construction law. You can see some of these on our Recommendations and Resources page–click below.
- Finally, we are grateful that the field of construction ADR continues to grow, innovate and thrive. We are grateful that we are able to watch and comment on changes and innovations as they occur.
